MEET THE DESIGNER

Hi, I'm Amber Butler! I was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I graduated with a BFA in Digital Art from Louisiana State University in 2018. Soon after graduation I accepted a Graphic Designer position with Max J. Derbes, Inc. and partnered company, Derbes Falgoust Commercial Real Estate. Then, I went on to be the Creative Director at Paradigm Home Staging, and Senior Graphic Designer of Porch & Parish magazine. In September of 2021, I moved to the Greater Tampa Bay Area to pursue freelancing and worked as Marketing Director for  several regional franchises of Express Employment Professionals. Since returning to Louisiana, I have continued freelancing with various clients and briefly returned to Porch & Parish to design their Spring 2023 magazine. My specialties include graphic design, website design, publication design, brand awareness, social media management, affiliate marketing, photography and administrative operations. When I'm not in the office you can find me kayaking or painting!
